Shipping policy

Effective Date: July 2026

At C&C Precision, every order is manufactured to customer specifications. Because our products are custom-made, shipping times vary depending on production schedules and project requirements.

Processing & Lead Times

Production begins after all specifications have been reviewed and accepted. Estimated lead times will be provided with your quotation or order confirmation.

Lead times may vary based on:

  • Order quantity
  • Material availability
  • Part complexity
  • Customer-requested revisions

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using reputable carriers selected by C&C Precision or as requested by the customer. Shipping method and estimated delivery dates will be provided when available.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are quoted separately unless otherwise specified in your quotation or purchase agreement.

Customers may also provide their own shipping account for freight or parcel shipments if preferred.

Risk of Loss

Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect all shipments promptly upon receipt. Any shipping damage, shortages, or discrepancies should be reported to both the shipping carrier and C&C Precision as soon as possible.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all quoted lead times, C&C Precision is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
