Terms of service
Effective Date: July 2026
Welcome to the C&C Precision website. By accessing or using this website, requesting a quotation, or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Website Use
The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only. While C&C Precision makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information presented, we make no warranties or guarantees regarding its completeness, accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose.
2. Quote Requests
Submitting a quote request through this website does not constitute an order or create a contractual agreement.
All quotations are based on the information provided by the customer and are subject to review, clarification, and final approval by C&C Precision.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified on each quotation or invoice unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
C&C Precision reserves the right to require full or partial payment in advance for prototype work, first-time customers, custom orders, or projects requiring special-order materials.
Invoices are due according to the payment terms stated on the invoice.
Late payments may be subject to interest, collection costs, or reasonable legal fees as permitted by applicable law.
All manufactured parts remain the property of C&C Precision until payment has been received in full.
4. Pricing and Lead Times
Pricing, lead times, and availability are subject to change until a quotation has been accepted by the customer.
Estimated lead times are based on current production schedules and material availability. While every effort is made to meet quoted delivery dates, C&C Precision is not liable for delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, weather, equipment failures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Order Acceptance & Engineering Changes
A quotation is considered accepted when the customer provides written approval, submits a purchase order, or otherwise authorizes C&C Precision to begin manufacturing.
Once a quotation has been accepted and production has begun, the approved drawings, CAD models, specifications, materials, tolerances, and other manufacturing requirements become the governing agreement for the project.
No design changes, engineering revisions, quantity changes, material substitutions, or specification changes will be accepted after manufacturing has begun unless approved by C&C Precision.
If changes are requested before production begins, C&C Precision may issue a revised quotation reflecting any changes in pricing, lead time, materials, or manufacturing requirements.
If changes are requested after production has begun:
- Manufacturing may be paused at C&C Precision's discretion.
- A new quotation will be prepared for the revised work.
- The customer remains responsible for payment of all work completed or in progress under the original quotation, including programming, setup, tooling, purchased materials, completed parts, partially completed parts, and any other costs reasonably incurred before the requested change.
- Manufacturing of the revised design will not begin until the revised quotation has been accepted.
6. Customer-Supplied Files
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate drawings, CAD models, specifications, dimensions, tolerances, materials, finishes, and all other manufacturing requirements before production begins.
C&C Precision manufactures parts according to the final customer-approved documentation and is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or conflicting customer-provided information.
7. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
All drawings, CAD models, technical documentation, specifications, and other intellectual property submitted by customers remain the property of their respective owners.
C&C Precision understands the importance of protecting proprietary information. Customer files and technical information are treated as confidential and are used solely for preparing quotations, manufacturing approved parts, quality control, and communicating regarding the project.
Customer information will not be intentionally disclosed to third parties except as required by law or when necessary to fulfill an approved order with the customer's knowledge.

C&C Precision is committed to manufacturing parts that conform to the customer-approved drawings, CAD models, specifications, materials, dimensions, and tolerances accepted before production begins.
Customers should inspect all parts promptly upon receipt and notify C&C Precision of any concerns within 10 business days of delivery.
